Installation
CAUTION: When affixing the Floor Stand to a mounting surface, avoid undercarriage electrical wires or other hazards when installing carriage bolts.

- Plastic Spacer
- Body Washer 1-1/2"
- Lock Washer 3/8"
- Nut 3/8"
- 1/2" Lock Nut
- 1/2" x 1-1/4" Carriage
- 3/8" Acorn Nut
Note: For multiple motorcycles, add additional Bike Pro units and space them accordingly.
Note: The cradle can be attached to the base assembly in three different positions. The lower setting is recommended if the tire clears the mounting hardware.
- Bottom - Cruiser bikes with wide tire
- Center - Medium width and diameter
- Top - Narrow width and smaller diameter
Directions For Assembly
Model 20106 & 20126
- Assemble the cradle to the base assembly with the carriage bolts, plastic washers and lock nuts.
- Tighten lock nuts only until there is a slight friction when the cradle is moved. These nuts should be checked regularly to ensure proper tension.
Quick Release Mounting
Model 20106 & 20111
Note: The quick release plate must be installed so that the Bike Pro will slide forward.
- Position the Bike Pro so that the Bike Pro and / or motorcycle will have adequate clearance. Also check whether there will be interference with frame members under the mounting surface. There must be enough clearance from the frame members to allow proper installation.
- Place the plastic washers in position so that they take up the gap between the quick release plate and the mounting surface.
- Use the quick release mount as a template to drill holes.
- Fasten quick release mount to the mounting surface with carriage bolts.
- Fasten the Bike Pro with the lock washers, acorn nuts and tighten securely
Directions For Use
Unloading
- Remove means of securing motorcycle to tie down points.
- Release motorcycle wheel from Bike Pro, by pulling rearward on motorcycle. Be prepared to use motorcycle breaks to slow or stop the motorcycle as it releases from the Bike Pro
- Carefully back the motorcycle off the loading surface.
Loading
- Move motorcycle onto loading surface.
- Completely engage the motorcycle wheel into the Bike Pro.
- Release and get off the Bike Pro.
- Adequately secure motorcycle to tie down points.
